UK Wide 03
Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and are always included within any inclusive minutes packages in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, Virgin, any other fixed line or payphone
The key advantages to using 03 UK Wide Numbers:
* Run your sales and marketing campaigns nationwide
* Your customers pay no more than local call rates even from mobiles
* Real time reporting on your call volumes and lengths
* Web based number management to get the most from your numbers
* Built-in disaster recovery
* Take your number with you, where ever you may go
* Calls cost the same from both landlines and mobiles
* All numbers can be directed to any UK landline or UK mobile telephone number
The use of 03 numbers will soon become more common across the UK as businesses phase out the use of the more costly 084, 0871 and 090 premium rate numbers. By using a local rate number, you are putting your customers first.

* Numbers diverted to mobiles are subject to a surcharge.
In a similar way to 0800 freephone numbers, 03 numbers do not connect your business to any UK location meaning that you can be completely non geographic within your market.
03 numbers were introduced by Ofcom in February 2007 with the aim of standardising call costs between landlines and mobile phones.
These numbers not only allow your business to have a single national point of contact but also ensure that your customers do not have to pay extra to call you.
